Our Scoring System
This is the layout for the way we score our books. If you haven't noticed WE LOVE COOKIES!!! And they will be the basis today. Remember books can be rated in between any of these spaces. (Books scored before this will be in stars all future will be based off of this :-D)
Books To Burn: This is rock bottom. You can't get any worse than being on our books to burn page. These books are scored in points on our page but they are scored in a different category. These books we would rather burn than have any one else read them. So RED FLAG don't read them!!!!
1 Bite: The rest of the scoring system is based on bites, out of what you may ask..... well cookies of course! 1 bite books are books that we were little interested in. They were either boring, written poorly, or the occasional I just don't like it. These are not the worst of the worst but they definatly did not find a place in our book loving hearts.
2 Bites: We took more interest in 2 bite books, but they still are a liile boring or poorly written. These books usually go a little quicker and maybe have a stronger conection to what is happening.
3. Bites: We are a little over half-way. These books caught our attention and were pretty interesting.These books, though, usually come to points where it is really boring or confusing, but they are only like this for a small time and then you pick back up with a very interesting story line.
4 bites: at this point our cookie is almost gone but it's okay, we just read a great book. 4 bites are usually consistant all the way through, they just didn't hook us all the way. These books are great just not top noch.
5 bites: We have gobbled up all of our cookie! These books are well written, consistant, and interesting. We would recommend these books to you, they are amazing reads!
Cookie Books: We are reaching for another cookie!!! These books don't have words to describe how amazing they are. We are off to the book store to grab all the autors books. These books are the top! They are the best!!! So GREEN FLAG read them!
